Doculivery System and its features
With teamwork, satisfaction and systematic management, United Family truly regards their employees as part of an extended family. To make the most out of this employee satisfaction tradition, United Family has introduced an integrated way to manage, keep track and check the status of the employee pay stub with an inclusive Payroll portal, known as Doculivery System.
- Designed particularly for the Paystub related info, Doculivery can be accessed only by the current employees of The United Family.
- Employees can browse, view, download and print the pay stub information, salary breakup, and date of payment, incentives earned and other details under one roof.
- Employees can view the paystub s of the current month as well as the previous months.
- Employees who are retired or are no longer associated with The United Family cannot access Doculivery.

Accessing Doculivery Account for the first time
New employees need to access the Doculivery Paystub account correctly to check the paystub details as well as modify the security and personal information of the account. Therefore, if you are logging into Doculivery for the first time, please check the step given below to successfully process the access:
- Open your browser. Visit doculivery.com/unitedfamilypayroll.
- Enter your account User ID. Your User ID is the first letter of your first name plus your full last name plus the last four digits of your social security number. For example, if your name is registered in the database as Michael S. Hamilton with 303-76-6168 as Social Security Number, then your User ID will be registered as mhamilton6168! Please keep this in mind while you access it every time.
- Next, enter your initial temporary password. Your initial password is that the last four digits of your Social Security Number. So if your SSN is 303-76-6168, then the initial password would be 6168. Post login, you are requested to change the password as per the instruction to strengthen the security of your account.
- Click on Log In.
- Post logging in, you need to answer a series of security questions that you have to set and remember the answer you have set for each question to protect the account form any sort of breach.
- To check the list of your pay dates, you can click on the Paystubs
- To check the entire history of pay stub and details of a specific date, click on View icon under Click To View column on the left screen.
- To set up the regular texts and email notifications, click on the correct bar on the right from the Paystub tab.
Reset Password
When you have forgotten your account password, which you had set after your first login, you need to refer here in order to reset successfully. Also, it is recommended to change your password every three months to ensure the constant secure nature of your account. For both the cases, refer here:
- Open your browser. Visit doculivery.com/unitedfamilypayroll.
- Enter the User ID.
- Click on the Forgotten Password
- The system will auto-populate your account details based on the User ID provided.
- Next, answer the security questions you had set previously, to proceed to reset the password.
- After successfully resetting the password, please go back to the login page and access using the newly set password to confirm the changes.
