Registration process
Organizations that have deployed Peoplenet for their employee management requires their employees to create an account in the Peoplenet portal immediately after joining. Pots induction, organizations provide employees with respective employee ID and official email address bearing the organization’s name as the domain. To register with the Peoplenet portal, you must have these credentials readied.
- Open your browser and visit mypeoplenet.com.
- Select your desired language from the extreme top right: US English, French Canadian, Puerto Rican Spanish, US Spanish, and British English.
- Under Log In tab click on Register.
- Enter your official email address. Do not proceed if you haven’t received your mail ID. Contact HR to do the needful.
- Create a password for the Peoplenet account.
- Re-enter the password to confirm.
- Click Next.
- Enter the following data:
- First Name.
- Middle Name (if any).
- Last Name.
- Social Security Number.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive a link to your email address confirming the account creation.
- Click on the link within 24 hours to verify. Else you need to re-initiate the registration.
Logging into Peoplenet account
Now, you can access your Peoplenet portal anytime and conform, to HR rules am employee management task. You can apply for the company benefits, leaves, increment or any employee program via Peoplenet account.
- Open your browser and visit mypeoplenet.com.
- Select your desired language from the extreme top right: US English, French Canadian, Puerto Rican Spanish, US Spanish, and British English.
- Enter your email address (registered).
- Type the password.
- If you are accessing from your system or personal device, you can check the box beside Remember Me. Else it is recommended to skip the step.
- Click Log In.
Resetting Password
Time may come when you are unable to recollect your password and require to reset. Also after a certain time, your password is expired and the system asks you to set up a new password for added security. For both cases, you should:
- Open your browser and visit mypeoplenet.com.
- Select your desired language from the extreme top right: US English, French Canadian, Puerto Rican Spanish, US Spanish, and British English.
- Under the password field, click Forgot your password
- Mention the registered email address associated with the Peoplenet account.
- Click Request Password Reset.
- Check your email inbox.
- An email will be sent to you consisting password reset link.
- Click on the link sent via email in order to verify account.
- Create a new password.
- Retype the new password.
- Click submit.
- Return to the login page and access using the newly set password.
