Registration and requirements
O/O Staff, crew members, 3rd Party contractors, and restaurant management would be registered and provided with the credentials at the time of induction to the McDonald’s team.
The employees of Australia, Austria, China, Spain, Ireland, New Zealand, Sweden, and the USA are allowed to use MCD Altametrics.
Access
While the Restaurant Crew members will be duly registered with their Facebook, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft Account; Restaurant management, Corporate, 3rd Party contractors and O/O Staff will be provided with login credentials and McDonald ID straight after the registration. To make it clear, please follow this:
Login by Restaurant Crew
- Please visit mcdaltametrics.com.
- Select the language and the country of your access.
- Under Restaurant Crew Login, please select your account button from the given channels. For instance, as a restaurant crew, if you have been registered with Facebook credentials, click on Facebook and enter your Facebook credentials to directly login to your MCD Altametrics account.
Login by Restaurant management, Corporate, 3rd Party contractors and O/O Staff
- Open your browser and log on to mcdaltametrics.com.
- Select the language and the country of your access.
- Under McDonald’s ID login, enter your unique McDonald ID in the place of username.
- Type in your account Password.
- Click on Login.
Before accessing this portal, make sure from the end of the admin that you are authorized to access it.
- For Federal Partners, under the same list, click on click here
- Enter your registered email address with the MCD Altametrics.
- Select Submit.
Forgot Password
To reset the password, follow the prompts:
- Please visit mcdaltametrics.com.
- Click on Forgot password.
- Enter your Account ID.
- Verify the captcha.
- Click on Next to proceed with password reset.

Recover Username
Unable to remember your McDonald ID? You need to connect with your respective administrative head, in order to connect with them and obtain your ID. Your McDonald Identification Number is the secured and unique entity that is provided to you at the time of induction. You will also be provided with the ID in your documents and ID card. However, if you still lose all of them, you must first connect with the higher management of your branch and further communicate with the support desk country wise:

- Click on Forgot your username.
