As a subscriber of Sirius XM, you need to register for the Sirius XM online account in order to easily manage your Sirius XM channels, payment activities and preferences. Here are the features of registering with Sirius XM account:

Registering with Sirius XM
To register for Sirius XM account, please go through this process:
- Visit siriusxm.com/gotoaccount.
- Select Register Now under Sign In.
- Enter the following info of the subscriber as exactly it is one by one:
- Area ZIP Code.
- Last Name.
- Registered Phone Number.
- Radio ID/VIN/Account Number. (You can find the Radio ID while you tune in to your Channel 0. Press and hold ESN or SAT button and access the menu functions of the radio, to get the Radio ID.
- Click on Continue to finish setting up an account with the relevant username and password.
Accessing Sirius XM
To access the Sirius XM account after setting up, please follow these instructions:
- Visit siriusxm.com/gotoaccount.
- Enter the username or registered email address.
- Type the password you have set.
- Select your function from the dropdown list.
- You may select Keep me Signed In to enable autofill of credentials next time you access. Recommended skipping the step if you are accessing from a public device.
- Click on Sign In.

Recover Username
For instances, when you forget your username, you must refer to these steps:
- Visit siriusxm.com/gotoaccount.
- Click on Forgot Username
- In case, you want the system to find out your account using your information then select My Customer Info.
- Enter your Last Name exactly as it registered.
- Type the Registered Email Address.
- Click on Continue.
- If you wish the system to auto-populate your account using radio or Vehicle info, click on My Radio ID or VIN.
- Type the Last Name of the subscriber.
- Enter the Account Number/Radio ID/VIN.(refer above to find Radio ID)
- Click on Continue.
Reset Password
Never look anywhere else if you suddenly forget your password. Just keep calm and check these steps out:
- Visit siriusxm.com/gotoaccount.
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter your username.
- The system will check the details and populate your account credentials.
- Please follow the instructions step by step to recover your password.
- After resetting the new password, please go back to the login page and access using the newly set password.
